Refund Policy

You can request a refund up to 3 days from the date of subscription to the Jumbo offer. The refund will be systematically offered by Rikoooo support only in case of difficulty with your Jumbo account and which cannot be resolved by our support. In this specific case, we undertake to refund you for your entire order within 48 hours. If you request a refund for any other reason, Rikoooo reserves the right to accept or not.
